This tourism project is a result of affection that we had for Sutivan. This affection goes way back when we started to spend summers in Sutivan some 20 years ago. From the first moment we came it was meant to be.

The apartments are newly built (in 2013) and our idea was to start the fresh new business by offering different and high level rental accommodation on the Island of Brač.

Island Brač is located right opposite to Split in middle Dalmatia region. Split is 2nd largest city in Croatia and main city in Adriatic region. There are numerous possibilities to arrive to Split.

By car: Highway A1 (from Zagreb or Rijeka) http://www.hac.hr

By Air: Split international airport http://www.split-airport.hr

By train: From Zagreb http://www.hzpp.hr

From Split you can arrive to Brač Island by ferry (about 45 minutes). http://www.jadrolinija.hr

Main port of island Brač is Supetar (St. Peter) from where there is 10 min (6 km) ride to Sutivan (St. John). If you are not coming by car, we can organize a driver to pick you up at Supetar port.

Island Brač also has an airport http://www.airport-brac.hr where there are commercial lines but also lot of private airplanes landing.

Sutivan (St. John) is a picturesque Mediterranean village with 750 inhabitants. It is located in north side of Brač Island overlooking Split. It is a place of historical architecture, crystal clear sea, nice beaches and nature. Apart from this, Sutivan is developing strongly in areas of adventure tourism.
